We're joining forces to help raise money for Compassion in Oakland's efforts to keep Oakland safe for all of us to enjoy!
Everyone who purchases a shirt will have access to Dr. Rob Lin and Playscapes Yoga's virtual class.
Aryn of @play.scapes will be offering one hour of yogic pranayama (breathwork), light movement, and meditation to reconnect the mind with the body and gift yourself a soft place to land within.
Dr. Rob Lin of @the_rob_lin_technique will offer: Recover and reform, PT, DPT, CSCS:
Meditation, foam rolling techniques, and mobility for mind-body, and spirit optimization.
They will be reaching out to you with more info through the email address you provide in your purchase.
All shirts will be mailed out approximately a week after the pre-order is closed and shirts are printed.
If you would like to pick up your shirt, we can arrange a date to do so at a future event in Oakland and possibly other locations around Downtown.
